The Development Summer Intern will support the team with project reporting, data management, budget and cash flow tracking, documentation management, permitting and utility coordination, and overall project execution support across various stages of the development lifecycle. This role offers exposure to manyall facets of industrial real estate development, from site evaluation, and due diligence, design and entitlement coordination, Financial Analysis, through construction management, leasing assumptions and delivery of completed developments.
