Discovery & Solution Design: Run discovery on customer operations (order profiles, SKU data, throughput requirements, and process flow) and build solution models in Excel (storage sizing, throughput and labor analysis, and ROI cases), working closely with the data & analytics and solution enablement squads in India to translate them into clear, customer-facing proposals. You are the customer's primary point of contact and advocate for the life of the relationship, and you work hand in hand with our Project Management (PjM) team, Solutions Design team, and Deployment team to deliver on what we promise.
