Works closely with key internal partners such as Event Operations, Entertainment (talent and technical, Catering, Revenue Operations, Publicity, Trade Marketing, VIP & Guest Services, Parking & Transportation, Security, Health Services, Technical Services, Production, and various external vendors to ensure seamless event execution. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports a broad range of events including meetings, familiarization trips, corporate picnics, scavenger hunts, social market activations, internal Marketing and Sales functions, community relations events, and larger corporate and incentive programs.
