ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Under supervision, you will: Prepare journal entries in support of the month-end close process Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances Support in reviewing credit card transactions and employee expense reimbursement processing Assist with audit support, including gathering documentation for external auditors Review transactions for accuracy and proper account classification Extract, clean, and organize financial data from multiple sources to support reconciliations and reporting Help maintain organized financial records and supporting schedules Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager REQUIREMENTS Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn Final Presentation Each Intern is expected to prepare a short presentation to share what they have learned through their internship and how they hope their new knowledge will help them secure their future career.
