Specialists will use professional communication and interviewing skills to evaluate customer satisfaction with our products, consulting services, sales, as well as overall satisfaction with Reynolds and Reynolds. You will also assist with ensuring all of this information is kept up to date in the in-house tracking system. Interviewers are required to locate sampled addresses and screen household members for a longitudinal study. Interviewers regularly receive and transmit data via the internet and report progress and costs to their supervisor.
