Manages daily facility inventory operations which may include receiving, storing, and issuing parts, materials, and supplies • Maintains accurate inventory records using PRISM system, performing regular counts and reconciliations • Works with Purchasing to ensure timely procurement of parts and supplies through PRISM system • Organizes and maintains clean, orderly storage areas with proper tagging and identification of all items • Handles shipping and receiving functions, including processing returns and repairs • Conducts systematic inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies • Communicates effectively with internal departments and external vendors via email and phone • Troubleshoots and resolves inventory-related issues through practical problem-solving • Maintains proper documentation and filing systems for all inventory transactions • Follows safety protocols and procedures while performing all duties • Other duties as assigned. The associate will be exposed to the manufacturing environment where hazards and requirements may include but are not limited to: • Must be able to lift and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds • Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods • Ability to climb, kneel, bend, and squat • Proficiency in grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine motor skills • Ability to wear required PPE (hearing protection, steel-toe shoes, safety glasses) • Use of ladders and other equipment • Forklift certification or ability to obtain forklift and pallet jacks.
