The Practice Support Manager I (PSM I) serves as a strategic business partner to Senior Managing Directors, Managing Directors, and other senior leaders within the Strategic Communications segment, while providing leadership and management oversight of the administrative professionals team in New York. The PSM I will handle complex, non-routine administrative functions requiring independent judgment and discretion, while simultaneously managing team performance, providing day-to-day coaching and feedback, facilitating conflict resolution, delivering training, and conducting performance reviews.
