The supervisor will lead warehouse associates and material handlers, establish clear work expectations, monitor performance, and partner closely with Production, Materials, Quality, and Maintenance to prevent production interruptions caused by material shortages, incorrect parts, or poor material flow. The supervisor is expected to identify problems before they affect production, communicate effectively with other departments, and create a culture where employees take ownership of material accuracy, delivery, safety, and housekeeping.
