The Plant Maintenance supports daily operations at the ready-mix plant by keeping the yard, equipment, and mixer trucks clean and functional, assisting with loading/unloading and concrete pouring support, and serving as a backup driver when needed. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on the batch plant, including conveyors, bins, scales, gates, motors, and water and admixture systems.
