A Day in the Life: In the position of Director, Inventory Control, you will lead the enterprise Inventory Control function across Monster's manufacturing facilities, co-packer network, warehouses, third-party logistics providers, and distribution centers, with accountability for inventory accuracy, financial integrity, product traceability, and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) control environment over a material balance-sheet asset. Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Experience with manufacturing and co-packer sites, warehouses/DCs/3PLs, SOX inventory controls and audit management, co-packer and 3PL inventory governance, shelflife, lot traceability, recall readiness (FSMA 204), and working-capital and SLOB/E&O management.
