Responsibilities:
<ul><li style="margin-left:0.75in">Ensures warehouse area is compliant with all Safety and 5S requirements.</li><li style="margin-left:0.75in">Support daily shipping and receiving activities, including preparation of orders and required documentation </li><li style="margin-left:0.75in">Verify packaging quality prior to shipment and escalate concerns as needed </li><li style="margin-left:0.75in">Monitors and reports on all manufacturing transactions including receipt of raw materials, work in process transactions, finished goods production, raw material levels, and similar activities.</li><li style="margin-left:0.75in">Ensures all warehouse audits daily, monthly, and quarterly are complete.</li><li style="margin-left:0.75in">Segregates product to avoid confusion and eliminate errors</li><li style="margin-left:0.75in">Monitors and maintains accuracy of shipments by utilizing roll tracking and computer-based systems</li><li style="margin-left:0.75in">Perform and support cycle count activities and report discrepancies </li><li style="margin-left:0.75in">Ensure FIFO inventory rotation</li><li style="margin-left:0.75in">Monitor quality of packaging from manufacturing</li><li style="margin-left:0.75in">Monitor and maintain accuracy of inventories levels of Finished Goods by line, customer and item.</li><li style="margin-left:0.75in">Coordinate the activities of shipping/receiving clerks and material handlers</li><li style="margin-left:0.75in">Responsible for warehouse personnel forklift and safety training</li><li style="margin-left:0.75in">Responsible for ensuring forklifts is safe and operational daily.</li><li style="margin-left:0.75in">Responsible for preventing nonconforming product from shipping to our customer</li><li style="margin-left:0.75in">Escalate nonconforming materials or process issues to the Operations Manager</li><li style="margin-left:0.75in">Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse using 5S.</li><li style="margin-left:0.75in">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School Education is required.
