Scope/Supervision and Interaction: The Planner will report to either the Materials Manager or the Master Scheduler and will interact regularly with Operations, Materials, Procurement, Customer Service, Quality, Engineering, and other support functions to coordinate production priorities and resolve planning constraints. This role requires critical thinking beyond the immediate daily schedule, including the ability to anticipate production variation, identify planning bottlenecks through regular Gemba walks, and communicate challenges, risks, and improvement opportunities to management.
