Work together with Operations and Estimator staff to properly address general conditions and general requirements items in estimate including, but not limited to, items such as temporary heating/cooling, electrical, power, lighting, and estimating of electrical and natural gas consumption during construction. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally work at construction work sites where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock.
