The Maintenance Technician performs hands-on inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, and general facility support for roofs, bay and garage doors, egress and fire doors, fixed ladders, plumbing systems, pumps, locks, painting, carpentry, masonry, concrete, and other facility assets. WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed indoors and outdoors and may involve varying weather conditions, extreme temperatures, elevated areas, electrical hazards, moving equipment, fumes, odors, dust, gases, and other maintenance-related conditions.
