Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with site and senior leadership, operational managers, risk owners, and cross-functional teams to shape HS&T objectives, influence decision-making, and integrate safety, health, training, critical risk, and workforce priorities into business plans and operating processes. The Manager owns the site HS&T management system, annual strategy, governance cadence, assurance framework, performance objectives, and reporting to site leadership, ensuring material risks have clear ownership, effective controls, and verified corrective actions.
