The position works independently and collaboratively with the Facilities Management team, coordinates work to minimize disruption to patients, visitors, and staff, and documents completed work in the computerized maintenance management system. Install, repair, and remove wall coverings and specialty finishes; paint and maintain walls, ceilings, doors, trim, cabinets, railings, floors, facility equipment, safety markings, directional signage, and striping.
