The position conducts investigations involving students, faculty, staff, applicants, vendors, volunteers, and visitors; prepares detailed investigative reports; assists with compliance-related training and education; and supports the administration of the University's Title IX program. Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Human Resources, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Law, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.3 years of experience conducting workplace, student conduct, civil rights, employee relations, compliance, or administrative investigations.
