The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, high-quality, patient-centered care to adult stepdown/telemetry patients by applying the nursing process, evidence-based practices, and clinical judgment. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care while ensuring quality, safety, and an exceptional patient experience.
