Responsibilities Conducting environmental and social analysis of issuers, including data collection and assessment of material ESG risks and opportunities Produce high-quality sustainability research notes on issuers, sectors and thematic topics Support Equity and Credit Analysts in incorporating environmental and social factors into investment analysis Contribute to the development and refinement of internal ESG frameworks and methodologies Attend issuer meetings, conferences and field visits, and communicate key insights to the investment team Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic track record 1+ years relevant equity research, investment banking, or other relevant experience (sustainability focused research experience preferred) Demonstrable financial analysis experience Strong interest and knowledge of financial markets and investing Genuine interest in sustainability Excellent written communication skills Candidate should be highly motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Familiarity with AI and data-driven tools to enhance research, data analysis and workflow efficiency Advanced Excel skills Preferred: Prior investment or relevant professional experience Experience with market data services (e.g. $90,000.00-$120,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers $90,000.00-$120,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C. $90,000.00-$120,000.00 for the location of: New York, California Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.
