In this role, you will be on job sites overseeing LED lighting upgrades and power conditioning projects and various other Energy Conservation measures across diverse sectors, including commercial, educational, healthcare, military, government, and industrial settings. Responsibilities: · Field Personnel Management: Lead and oversee all field personnel involved in the project, including orientation, acting as the Competent Person for the project, managing timekeeping, preparing daily, safety, accident, and disciplinary reports.
