The Real Estate Intern will learn how to analyze market data, borrower financial information, property operating performance, and rent rolls, while gaining an understanding of how these inputs are used to evaluate commercial real estate value, assess loan performance, and support portfolio management decisions across various property types. The Investment Real Estate team is responsible for the origination, monitoring, and servicing of RGA’s commercial real estate portfolio, which includes approximately 940 commercial mortgage loans and 75 commercial real estate equity joint ventures.
