The Primaries team within Moelis Private Capital Advisory is a leading capital raiser and strategic advisor to global alternative investment managers, advising general partners on the launch and execution of new fund vehicles - flagship and successor funds, first-time funds, separately managed accounts, and co-investment and fundless-sponsor vehicles - across strategies including buyout, growth equity, venture, distressed/turnaround, infrastructure, mezzanine, credit, and real assets. The team positions the fund, builds the LP order book, and runs the process through to final close, working closely with industry and product groups across Moelis and maintaining deep relationships with institutional LPs globally, including pension plans, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, and funds-of-funds.
