Who You Are • Bachelor's degree with background in business, law or economics • 5+ years experience in commercial real estate is required with at least 4 years experience dealing with financing issues and structures • Strong analytical, negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills • Must possess strong communication skills including verbal, written, listening and negotiating skills • Ability to work independently, be results oriented and exhibit excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to interpret and analyze legal documentation and complex legal structures and issues, assess risk and make decisions based on independent analysis • Must also have strong organizational, project management, planning skills and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, competing priorities • Must be able to demonstrate skills in marketing and customer relations Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries.
