As part of the Buildings team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by defining structural or project elements and processes to meet client needs; participating in and coordinating estimates and proposal/bid preparations; ensuring performance to contracts through shared planning and monitoring of work orders and deliverables with engineering, construction, and other disciplines; planning and developing architectural projects concerning unique and/or controversial complexities; participating in the conceptual design and providing full support through the entire project; coordinating with project management, other architects, and leadership on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies; promoting and maintaining client relationships through all project phases and serving as a firm ambassador in helping to win new work; developing and representing lead technical viewpoint on projects and serving as a SME on specialized systems; reviewing junior staff's work for technical accuracy and providing technical guidance to other professionals and technicians; and performing quality control reviews, field reviews, inspections, and observations of ongoing construction projects. Possess strong oral and written communication skills and have the ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships with clients, customers, contractors, team members, and other key stakeholders.
