Enterprise HR platforms and corporate function architectures• ERP/HCM-driven environments including HR master data, payroll, benefits, talent, workforce management, identity, and employee lifecycle processes• Corporate function systems including legal, compliance, communications, facilities, service management, document management, workflow, and collaboration platforms• Employee data flows, HR integrations, identity dependencies, security considerations, and operational reporting• Architecture patterns supporting employee onboarding, acquired-company integration, corporate function harmonization, and multi-entity enterprises• Data privacy, compliance, access control, and sensitive employee data handling considerations . • 8+ years in enterprise architecture, HR systems architecture, corporate functions architecture, applications architecture, or related roles• Demonstrated experience designing and governing HR, HCM, payroll, benefits, employee lifecycle, workflow, or corporate function platforms• Experience supporting Oracle HCM, Workday, Microsoft 365, employee experience platforms, or related enterprise systems strongly preferred• Experience supporting acquisitions, employee onboarding, system harmonization, or multi-entity environments strongly preferred What you will earn: Base pay range: $140,400 - $210,600.
