Reporting directly to the Applications Manager, the analyst collaborates with operational departments, IT, and external vendors to resolve application issues, support enhancements, and contribute to organizational initiatives in alignment with established departmental goals, priorities, and strategic direction. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in application support, systems analysis, application configuration, business application analysis, or a related field, preferably within a healthcare payer, managed care, medical group, or third-party administrator (TPA) environment.
