This role includes overseeing all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients and ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that promote a successful return to community activities. The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating all assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans according to the patients’ needs, goals, and physician direction.
