Ability to set up tests following wiring diagrams using appropriate wire gauge, wire splicing equipment, wire nut sizes and the proper use of power tools. Experience with the use of test equipment like oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, hand tools, calipers, micrometer, environmental chambers, ESD simulators, Surge equipment, etc.
