Organize and supervise crews of skilled and semi-skilled personnel in the repair, construction and maintenance of a variety of city facilities and properties including, but not limited to curb and gutter removal and replacement, sewer and water line construction, cleaning and repair, storm drain and culvert maintenance. To organize, supervise and participate in a variety of Utility Operations activities involving maintenance, repair and construction of water distribution, treatment, conveyance and purification systems; to oversee, assign, review and participate in the work of an assigned crew; and to perform the more complex and difficult duties assigned to the work unit.
