CSAs work closely with Advisors, Leadership, and other specialists to deliver exceptional, anticipatory hospitality while gaining broad exposure to wealth operations, advisor practice management and growth, financial planning support, and regulatory compliance. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities: Partner with assigned Advisors and increase their capacity to grow client relationships and books of business by creating efficiencies, managing operational tasks, and leveraging technology and resources.
