Experience that will contribute to success in this role may include, but is not limited to: Providing Tier II application or systems support • Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis • System administration or configuration experience • Supporting upgrades, integrations, or implementations • Reporting and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.) • Experience partnering with business stakeholders • Exposure to CIS, ERP, GIS, or similar enterprise platforms preferred. The Enterprise Applications Analyst provides Tier II technical support, resolves complex system issues, and partners with business units to enhance application performance while contributing to the stability and continuous improvement of the enterprise applications environment and reinforcing a culture rooted in the Cooperative's Essential Attributes.
