Telemetry RNs (Tele RNs) consult with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans. Tele RN job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Tele RNs prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications and report an adverse reaction to medications in accordance with policies.
