Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: IR Technologist Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 10-Hour Days Hours per Shift: 4x10's with 7 days of call coverage during contract Experience: 2 years License: Required Certifications: ARRT, ARRT (CV), BLS Certification Must-Have: Neuro experience, 1 year of experience in scrubbing IR procedures, experience with CVA, carotid stents, and body cases Description: Unit has 2 IR suites and an additional hybrid room for various procedures. Common patient diagnoses include embolizations, Y90, neuro procedures, carotid stents, strokes, epistaxis, neph tubes, nephroureteral stent placement, ports, trans-jugular liver biopsy, G tube, GJ tube placement, AVF (fistulas), TIPS, and PICCs.
