This individual will collaborate across Engineering, Materials, and Operations teams to implement process improvements, support new product launches, improve safety and ergonomics, and drive operational excellence through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives. Associate's degree, technical diploma, or bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
