Join Our Dynamic ICU Float Pool Team!** **Job Description:** - Start Dates: - 11/16: 13-week contract - 12/7 & 12/14: 8-week contracts - Key Highlights: - No RTO (Requested Time Off) - Must be available to work **ALL HOLIDAYS** - Position: ICU Float Pool - Float between MS, Tele, PCU, Overflow, and PACU units as needed - Job Requirements: - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in ICU - **License:** Active CA RN License required - **Certifications:** - ACLS - BLS - NIH - First-time travelers accepted (must have experience in a facility with 400 beds or larger) - **FLU VACCINE REQUIRED** (no declinations accepted) - **Special Requirements:** Experience with PA Line/Swan Ganz preferred, large hospital experience required - Job Details: - **Shift:** Days (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) - Available 36 or 48-hour shifts - **Weekend Requirement:** Yes - **Floating Requirement:** Yes (this is a float position) - **Pending License:** No, must be active at the time of submission - No scheduling requests can be accommodated - **Max of 7 days for RTO**; no RTO within the first 2 weeks of assignment - **Additional Information:** - EKG Exam administered on the first day of orientation (must pass to move forward with the contract) **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
