The Altoona ME program is specifically seeking candidates able to teach computational tools, vibrations in mechanical systems, modeling of dynamic systems, product design and manufacturing processes, properties and processes of engineering materials, circuit analysis, instrumentation, and statistics, and mechanical engineering design methodology. Located in the beautiful Allegheny Mountains of central Pennsylvania, Penn State Altoona is a largely residential campus of nearly 2300 students offering 21 baccalaureate degree programs and the first two years of more than 275 Penn State baccalaureate degrees.
