Ideal qualifications include: • Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related engineering discipline • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering, materials engineering, process engineering, or composites manufacturing environment • Background in thermoset materials, polymer composites, engineered materials, resin systems, equipment, or industrial process development • Direct experience executing and optimizing core composite manufacturing processes (e.g., pultrusion, resin transfer molding, compression molding, or lamination).
