Working closely with Proposal Coordinators, Program Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams, this position analyzes technical requirements, prepares Bills of Materials (BOMs), estimates labor and material costs, and identifies sourcing solutions to support successful bids. Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams to help secure winning opportunities and support successful program execution.
