Clinical Skills and Qualifications:** - Proficiency in blood product administration, cardiac telemetry, management of central lines, chest tubes, heparin protocols, interpretation of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions/PPE, management of cardiac and vasoactive drips (without titration), pacemaker management, phlebotomy, PICC line management, and telemetry. **Additional Skills:** - Strong PCU experience with cardiac post-op patients, experience with post CABG, MVR, AVR, TAVR, temporary pacemakers, epicardial wires, and chest tubes are required.
