Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: **Required Experience and Skills:** - Med/Surg background required; Step-down experience preferred - RNs are required to titrate drips in step-down areas **Required Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) **Licensure:** - License to submit required **Education:** - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) not required **Shift Details:** - 12-hour shifts - Weekend work is required every other weekend - No on-call requirement but possible standby requirement if census is down **Additional Skills:** - Experience with common titratable and set rate drips such as Heparin, Cardizem, Nitro, and others **Orientation:** - Specific to the unit or department for 3-4 shifts **Charting System:** - EPIC.
