Travel Med/Surg RN – Days/Nights 12-hour shifts: 7a–7p | 7p–7a 36 hrs/week 50-mile radius rule — unexpired driver’s license required at submission BLS required Epic EMR Patient Ratio: 1:5–6, based on acuity Every other weekend: Sat/Sun Holiday rotation with permanent staff Royal Blue scrubs Telemetry: Phillips monitors; RN must be able to read & interpret strips RT available 24/7; CPAP/BiPAP managed by RT IV team available house-wide during designated hours In-house pharmacy 24/7 Common patient population: CHF, cardiac cath, chest pain, pneumonia, COPD, chronic renal disease, Ortho & Oncology No false nails 1–2 shifts of unit orientation with a preceptor Traveler-friendly unit Manager may accommodate requests to work primarily on 6N and will make every effort to block schedule when requested If floating to Critical Care, travelers receive Med/Surg or Stepdown-level patients Interested?
