Job Purpose An IT infrastructure project manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure projects. These projects may include hardware, software, network, security, cloud, or data center solutions. The IT infrastructure project manager works with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and consultants to ensure that the project meets the business objectives, budget, and timeline. What you will do... <ul><li>Manage the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects, from initiation to closure.</li><li>Work with management to ensure that projects are prioritized, and staffing assignments are approved and allocated across these priorities in a consistent manner.</li><li>Certify that project requirements are captured and documented.</li><li>Define the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.</li><li>Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.</li><li>Coordinate and communicate with project team members, sponsors, stakeholders, and vendors.</li><li>Ensure that the project adheres to the quality standards, policies, and procedures of the organization.</li><li>Monitor and report on the project progress, performance, and outcomes.</li><li>Conduct project reviews, lessons learned, and post-implementation audits.</li><li>Confirm all project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately on the SharePoint project site. </li><li>Demonstrate accountability for meeting milestones and delivery of a quality product</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.</li><li>At least five years of experience in IT infrastructure project management.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of Enterprise Technology infrastructure solutions.</li><li>Proven track record of delivering complex IT infrastructure projects on time and within budget.</li><li>Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, such as servers, storage, network, security, cloud, and data center.</li><li>Proficient in project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.</li></ul> Skills <ul><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Self-starter / self-motivated, capable of staying on track and pursuing solutions without supervision.</li></ul> Req #: 65896 Pay Range: Based on qualifications.
