Required skills include IV therapy/phlebotomy, central line and PICC line management, blood product administration, port access, dysrhythmia interpretation, insulin drip protocols, feeding tube management, and pre/post hemodialysis care. Experience preferred with ventilator care, BiPAP/CPAP management, high flow nasal cannula, ABG interpretation, tracheostomy care, wound care/wound vac, insulin drip titration, and pacemaker management.
