Essential Functions: Responsible for maintenance and repairs of the building (interior and exterior structures and related fixtures and utilities) through the use of a variety of skills consisting of advanced carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, welding, conveyor, HVAC and ammonia systems. Must have at least (2) two years’ experience in commercial building maintenance functions including the following: HVAC, ammonia systems, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, welding, conveyor repair, rack building.
