The position works closely with executive leadership, functional business leaders, the Subgroup IT Infrastructure team, and external vendors to ensure systems remain secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives. This role also oversees the reliable operation andday-to-day maintenance of business applications, telecom systems, desktop andfield devices, customer support, end-user training, and related support functions.
