Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and network devices to ensure reliable performance, providing technical support to employees, as needed Install, update, and maintain company software and hardware as needed Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees, setting up accounts, and managing IT assets Deploy, scale, and maintain IT network infrastructure, ensuring secure and stable connectivity Identify, assess, and eliminate security risks while implementing network and hardware security measures Manage and implement IT security measures, including user access, data protection, antivirus software, SOC programs, and cybersecurity best practices Administer and maintain VPN, firewalls, and endpoint security solutions for secure remote and on-site connectivity Review system functionality and efficiency, anticipating and reporting the cost of replacing or updating IT equipment Maintain IT policies, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.
