Design, develop, and maintain application and system integrations, including APIs, services, and event-driven processesSupport data flows between merchandising systems, store applications, cloud services, and enterprise platformsCollaborate with product owners and business partners to analyze user stories and translate them into technical solutionsApply secure coding practices, performance optimization, and clean architecture principlesParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and supportMentor other developers, including both local and offshore team membersContribute to AI-driven transformation initiatives to improve team productivity and code qualityTroubleshoot and diagnose integration or application issues to ensure reliability and stabilityMaintain and enhance monitoring dashboards and participate in on-call support as neededDrive continuous improvement in code quality, architecture, and development processesPerform additional duties as assigned. 7–10 years of experience in data integration or backend services developmentExperience building REST APIs, microservices, and event-based integrationsProficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as C#, NET, Java, or PythonHands-on experience with cloud integration technologies, preferably Azure including Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Storage, and API ManagementStrong experience with SSIS, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, deployment, and configuration managementStrong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts such as SQL Server and OracleExperience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve development quality and efficiencyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to diagnose issues across applications, integrations, and data flows.
