Key Skills and Abilities: Knowledge and skill in developing interpersonal relationships, maintaining working relations, planning, organizing, reprioritizing work to meet changing deadlines, developing and conducting training of operating systems, associated devices and the interoperability of systems sufficient to install, upgrade, troubleshoot, test, and maintain those systems to optimize the functionality and performance of systems; and to ensure the availability, integrity, efficiency and reliability of servers. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive system administration for classified workstations and servers across multiple operating systems; planning, installing, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network interfaces; and upholding security integrity by managing access controls, detecting and removing cyber vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with Department of Defense and Air Force policies.
