Strong understanding of infrastructure and network domains, including: Routing protocols/ Switching (CCIE, JNCIE exposure) Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) Virtualization and containers (VMs, Kubernetes) Network telemetry (SNMP, flow data, metrics, logs, traces) Hybrid and distributed system architectures Proven ability to work w/ engineering on complex, data-intensive products. Responsibilities: Customer & Market Understanding & Roadmap Alignment Engage directly with various teams in key enterprise customers - engineering, NOC, SREs, and IT operations teams - to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and success metrics for networks the customers operate.
