Experience with medical-surgical nursing, rapid response and code teams, peripheral line care and management, oxygen administration, non-invasive airway management, isolation precautions and personal protective equipment (PPE), continuous bladder irrigation, port access and management, blood product administration, peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) line management, intravenous (IV) therapy, heparin, insulin, patient-controlled analgesia (PCA), surgical drains, chest tubes, bilevel positive airway pressure (BiPAP), continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), wound care, and wound vacuum therapy. Interdisciplinary support includes intravenous therapy teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation.
